Our Story
Casa Blanca Tortillas was founded by Hugo Iberri, a Mexican entrepreneur based in Washington., who grew up surrounded by the aroma of fresh tortillas and the warmth of family kitchens. Inspired by his roots in Mexico and driven by a passion for quality, Hugo set out to bring that same tradition to the U.S. foodservice industry.
At Casa Blanca, we blend authentic Mexican recipe with moder production standards to create tortillas and chips that are true to their origin- flavorful, consistent, and made with care.
Whether it's a taquiza, a plate of birria, or a wrap for a quick-service kitchen, our products are made to honor tradition and services the evolving needs of chefs and distributors across the country.
